We ship Loreana Skin pieces worldwide. This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on all orders, and customs and duties are included in your total — there are no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Processing time

Because each piece is inspected and packed by hand, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Limited editions may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your destination. Remote or international locations may occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress to your door.

Delays

Delivery times depend on your destination and local carriers. Customs processing, weather, or peak periods can occasionally cause delays that are outside our control. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we will help.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
