Right of Withdrawal

This Right of Withdrawal explains how and when you may cancel an order placed with LOREANA SKIN®. It is provided for transparency and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to support@loreanaskin.com. Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned items, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Items should be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised to your specifications. Where an exclusion applies, it will be made clear before you complete your purchase.
